The Chester Cathedral Visitors' Entrance is on St Werburgh Street

By Car...
There is no car parking available at the Cathedral, however there are several car parks nearby. Currently the Princess Street and Gorse Stacks car parks are free after 3.00pm. Disabled parking is available in the Kale Yard car park on Frodsham Street or in St Werburgh Street.

By Bus...
All buses to Chester, including the "Park and Ride" services, stop within 5 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral. Click here for 'Park and Ride' information.

By Train...
The Cathedral is a 15 minute walk from Chester Railway Station and there is a free bus from the Station which drops off in Frodsham Street, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral.
