Naturally, Christmas has a starring role in our calendar, and despite all that we’ve been through so far this year, we’re determined for the Cathedral to be at the heart of Chester’s Christmas festivities.
The Christmas Tree Festival will return this year for it’s eighth year of twinkling, sparking and shining. In 2020, the festival will strive to bring light and hope to the lives of all those that visit. The festival will adapt to take into account current Covid guidance, and trees will be placed throughout the Cathedral.
Will you be a part of it..?
It’s easy – you sponsor and decorate your own 6ft or 8ft tree. Simply choose the size, register your details and use your imagination to make the decorations.
For 2020, we would like the festival to be a beacon of light and hope. Draw upon your creativity to lift people’s spirits at these challenging times, to inspire them and give them hope.
Our rates remain as for 2019; these are:
★ Premium tree – 8ft – £400
★ Standard tree – 6ft – £300
★ Schools – 6ft – £50
We will provide:
★ A real Christmas tree, set-up with white fairy lights
★ An opportunity to promote your organisation
★ An opportunity to support the Cathedral, a local charity and your local community
