The Chester Cathedral Public Workshop series, initiated by Cathedral Theologian, Claire Henderson-Davis and offered in partnership with Chester Voluntary Action, is a space where we can practice community building and explore together the nature of human flourishing. Everyone is welcome – of any faith or none.
The workshops take place on Sunday evenings from 6.30pm to 8pm.
This workshop is: ‘Full Access – what would that mean?’
We increasingly see it as everyone’s right to have full access to the opportunities which society provides regardless of disability.
What does this actually mean in law and in practice?
Come and participate in this important discussion with Dr John Morrow, a lecturer in law at the University of Chester, who recently completed a PhD on the area of Discrimination in relation to disability and Dyslexia, and Jacqueline Craig, a magistrate, member of the cathedral congregation, and wheelchair user.
