Our season featuring music for song and dance kicks off with a rare performance of ballet music written by Vaughan Williams, conducted by Richard Howarth. 

This is preceded by film music written by the female composer Doreen Carwithen and the Prokofiev Violin Concerto performed by our recently graduated young soloist, Lucy Holmes.
